Job summary

Northwest Administrators, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Supervisor, Field Service Representatives to lead a client-facing team and coordinate with plan participants, unions, and employers. You’ll coach staff, optimize service delivery, and ensure accurate benefit guidance.

You will also drive process improvements, maintain confidentiality, and deliver exceptional service while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the employee benefits field is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field Service team, including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Meet with plan participants, union reps, and employers to explain eligibility, participation, benefits and plan provisions.
• Conduct individual and group meetings to assist with benefit applications and retirement options.
• Review complex benefit inquiries and applications and obtain required documentation.
• Prepare appeals, denial letters and correspondence with plan provisions and recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and write, guiding on benefits, eligibility and appeal procedures.
• Prepare management reports and support special projects and process improvements.
• Maintain high levels of customer service with professionalism and confidentiality.
