Pacific Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Pension & Annuity Lead to assist in overseeing Pension and Annuity Department operations. You will work with the supervisor, legal counsel, actuaries, and Trustees to process benefits and handle client communications.

Responsibilities include processing Pension and Annuity benefits, responding to inquiries, and preparing status reports. The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency in math and 10-key by touch, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in math and 10-key by touch.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process Pension and Annuity benefits.
• Service client and fund professional inquiries.
• Submit benefits information to plan custodian.
• File maintenance for all clients and fund professionals.
• Assist with client mailings and regulatory notices.
• Maintain status reports and provide reports as needed.
• Occasional carrying, loading and transporting of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
