Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to serve as a technical SME for post-shipment claims, shortages, and field installation issues related to pre-engineered metal building systems. Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical education, certification, or degree in construction, drafting, engineering technology, architecture, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in pre-engineered metal building industry or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of PEMB components, construction methods, erection practices, manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, shop details, and BOM.
• Experience conducting technical investigations and resolving issues involving multiple parties.

Aufgaben

• Manage post-shipment technical claims and field issues from intake to resolution.
• Lead investigations by collecting photos, measurements, and supporting docs.
• Read and cross-analyze drawings and shop details to determine facts of each claim.
• Determine scope and cause of field issues, including shortages and errors.
• Develop corrective action plans and communicate directions to customers and erectors.
• Create and validate shortage and replacement orders with correct specs.
• Coordinate resolutions across multiple internal teams and establish ownership.
