Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a capable Sales Engineer to provide pricing and design support for design/build and open-bid projects. You will apply structural knowledge and framing expertise to assist Field Sales and Estimators, ensuring designs meet code requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• Minimum of 2 years metal building design experience or related field.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing and design support for design/build and bid projects.
• Prepare calculations and engineering details from drawings and specs.
• Advise builders, field sales and estimators on codes and framing scenarios.
• Train and mentor less experienced sales engineers and estimators.
