Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Claims Representative to manage warranty claims from intake to final resolution, delivering a premier customer experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to balance accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This position collaborates with customers, internal teams, and service providers to ensure claims are documented thoroughly and resolved to company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a claims or service role is strongly considered in lieu of education.
• Experience/Technical Skills: AccuQuote preferred; CRM systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty claims intake and validation within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Create work orders for technicians and vendors to optimize cost and service quality.
• Monitor progress and resolve claims with timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
