Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a technical subject matter expert for post-shipment claims and field installation issues involving pre-engineered metal buildings. You will act as a SME, diagnosing complex cases and communicating outcomes to customers.

In this role, you will investigate root causes by cross-analyzing drawings, BOMs, and shipping docs, and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry.
• Strong ability to read architectural and structural drawings and manage complex cases in a remote environment.
