Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to serve as a technical resource for post-shipment claims, shortages, and field installation issues related to pre-engineered metal building systems.

The role involves investigating complex field conditions by comparing drawings, BOMs, and shipping documents, and coordinating with Engineering, Drafting, Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics to resolve issues.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of PEMB components, construction methods, erection practices, manufacturing processes, and system interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and related shop details.

Responsabilidades

• Manage post-shipment technical claims, shortages, back charges, and field issues from intake to final resolution.
• Lead investigations with builders, erectors, contractors, and internal teams to determine facts and root cause.
• Read and cross-analyze drawings, shop details, BOMs, and shipping docs to determine facts of each claim.
• Develop corrective action plans and route repairs or modifications to Engineering; communicate directions to customers and erectors.
• Create and validate shortage and replacement orders with correct part numbers and specs.
• Maintain complete case records in the CRM and provide status updates to customers.
• Travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
