REGION 4 Education Service Center (REGION 4 ESC) in Houston, Texas seeks an Adjunct PEIMS Coordinator for a temporary, irregular part-time assignment anticipated to last about 6 months. The role requires TSDS/PEIMS technical knowledge and strong data reporting skills.

The position is non-exempt, reports to the Department Director, and is housed in Business Operations. Starting immediately with responsibilities including data submissions, reporting, and coordination across campuses.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience providing TSDS and PEIMS technical assistance to a school district.
• Knowledge of Texas public school TEDS and TSDS.
• Knowledge of the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook.
• Knowledge of school reporting functions.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative, decision making, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as District PEIMS Coordinator and provide technical assistance on PEIMS and TSDS requirements.
• Communicate reporting requirements, deadlines, updates, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Submit UID Enrollment and district UID Enrollment Tracking file on Thursdays.
• Manage TSDS PEIMS Collections: submissions, resubmissions, and data reports.
• Support API transactions to the IODS and resolve errors with LEA POC.
• Generate data reports at district or campus level for review and verification.
• Coordinate core and TSDS PEIMS collections per requirements; ensure accuracy and approvals.
