Job summary

Willis ISD is seeking a dedicated administrator to coordinate and manage the district's student information system. You will support local program development and ensure smooth operation of SIS across schools.

You will also coordinate PEIMS data collection and reporting, work with school staff to optimize data accuracy, and provide technology training to adult learners. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support educators, administrators, and students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree, computer-related preferred.
• Experience in a school environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of systems applications.
• Familiarity with database management software and development tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver technology training to adults.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the student information system for the district.
• Provide local program development and support for district student information system.
• Coordinate the collection and reporting of District Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data.
