Qualifications

• Experience delivering Agile programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and Scrum practices.
• Experience in regulated financial environments and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Pega platform programs across wealth management and corporate workstreams.
• Define program strategy, multi-year roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management goals.
• Establish governance, reporting, and go-live activities; communicate status and mitigations to executives.
