Job summary

Amiseq Inc. seeks a seasoned Pega Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide financial services programs from strategy through execution, partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, product owners, compliance, and delivery teams to drive value.

You will drive end-to-end delivery of Pega platform initiatives across wealth management and corporate streams, shaping roadmaps, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and building governance, reporting, and risk-mitigation processes for

About the role:

As a Pega Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex, enterprise-wide financial services programs from strategy through execution and delivery. You will be a valued member of the technology leadership team, working collaboratively with executive stakeholders, business leaders, product owners, compliance teams, and Agile delivery teams to drive successful outcomes, optimize operational workflows, and realize business value.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Pega platform programs across multiple wealth management and corporate workstreams.
• Define program strategy, multi-year roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with Client's strategic business objectives.
• Oversee project execution to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management objectives are strictly achieved.
• Establish governance processes and program reporting mechanisms while driving successful program increments, corporate releases, and go-live activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business line clients and executive stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews and effectively communicating program status, regulatory risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

• Experience leading Agile program delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, and integrated financial systems.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum delivery practices, and Scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
• Deep program planning and financial risk management experience.
• Experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and critical path dependencies within a regulated environment.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and presenting to executive leadership.
• Familiarity with Pega systems tool applied to automated financial workflows, client onboarding, or advisor platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale pega programs.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to remove delivery impediments and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Experience managing complex program dependencies and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Certifications Required:

PMP and Pega Certified Senior System Architect preferred additional healthcare certifications are beneficial.
