Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited, a subsidiary of Infosys, seeks a Technology Lead to drive PEGA-based projects in the US. You will lead design, development, testing, and deployment while coordinating with onsite and offshore teams.

Required are extensive PEGA experience, architecture skills, and excellent communication. Expect travel as project needs require, with a focus on delivering high quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• PEGA Infinity Application Design and Development with CSSA/LSA certification by PEGA.
• Application Architecture and Design experience; translate business requirements into design.
• Experience with DCO tools like Application Profiler and Enterprise Application Accelerator.
• Experience setting up PRPC environments and implementing PEGA projects.
• Knowledge of data modeling, UI rules, validations, declarative/decision rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with PEGA Scrum (Agile) and Smart BPM.

Responsibilities

• Development: participate in PEGA software development per approved design.
• Testing: validate system testing against functional requirements.
• Implementation: manage change and prepare documentation; coordinate deployment.
• Support: provide post-implementation support for applications.
