Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Rise Recovery Support Specialist to provide peer-based crisis support in Tucson, AZ. The role emphasizes recovery-first engagement and collaboration with law enforcement in a community setting.

Responsibilities include crisis outreach, education on recovery pathways, and follow-up visits after incidents. Candidates should demonstrate personal recovery experience, hold a valid license, and be prepared for on-site work with shifts that include evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year consecutive months of personal Recovery Experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must be fully vaccinated or exempt under company policy.
• Experience with EHR and evidence-based, person-centered skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based peer support during behavioral health crises and collaborate with law enforcement as part of a co-response model.
• Build therapeutic alliances and support recovery planning with individuals.
• Conduct follow-up visits within 24–72 hours as needed by agencies.
• Co-locate at law enforcement stations and be available during designated hours.
• Engage clients with trauma-informed care and connect to community resources.
