Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to assist individuals in crisis through personal recovery strategies and community-based linkage. The role focuses on active facilitation, advocacy, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to support ongoing recovery journeys.

The candidate should have at least one year of personal recovery, a High School diploma or equivalent, and Arizona Peer Support Specialist certification.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of personal recovery.
• Arizona Peer Support Specialist certification is required or preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Must meet vaccination requirement and fingerprint screening.

Aufgaben

• Act as active facilitator or co-facilitator in groups and individual recovery.
• Serve as an advocate and support resource throughout the treatment process.
• Build therapeutic alliances to reduce seclusion and restraints.
• Demonstrate knowledge of community resources to address recovery needs.
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline team across treatment areas.
• Document all encounters in the electronic health record.
• Provide empathetic, experience-based support and appropriate self-disclosure.
