Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License, Insurance and a car.
• Completion of the PRSS Academy.
• Minimum six weeks of behavioral health work experience; one year preferred.
• Outreach experience with unsheltered homeless individuals preferred.
• Flexible schedules.
• Cultural competence with diverse populations.
• Bilingual, bicultural and/or veteran a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment/outreach and follow-up with unsheltered individuals.
• Deliver peer recovery support services to clients.
• Document services in CT1 electronic health record.
• Document services in HMIS.
• Meet billable expectations as set by OPCS.
• Complete incident reports as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records per grant/HIPAA standards.
• Attend mandatory training.
• Transport clients as needed.
