Job summary

The Foundation for Recovery seeks a Program Manager for the Henderson Satellite Office to lead day-to-day operations, supervise peer staff, and deliver recovery-focused services for individuals transitioning from incarceration. This role emphasizes trauma-informed care, compliance, and partnership building.

You will manage groups, coordinate services, and ensure data reporting while expanding community collaborations and recovery housing linkages in Southern Nevada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area is required.
• Certification as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor by the Nevada Board is required or obtainable.
• Must obtain PRSS certification within 60 days of employment.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health settings.
• Minimum 2 years in addiction counseling or peer recovery support roles.
• Minimum 2 years managing non-profit or community programs.
• Experience supervising staff, interns, or volunteers.
• Adhere to Nevada Certification Board's ethics for PRSS/PRSS Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, support, and mentoring to peer staff and interns.
• Develop and manage the Henderson office program schedule.
• Oversee office operations, supply management, and cleanliness.
• Offer individual peer recovery support to justice-involved individuals.
• Facilitate peer groups and support recovery goals.
• Collect data, track outcomes, and prepare program reports.
• Build partnerships with community stakeholders and referral partners.
