Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience engaging employers and building partnerships.
• Strong understanding of job placement strategies for individuals with barriers.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach to recruit businesses for the Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative.
• Support job placements and retention by liaising between employers and program participants.
• Track participant progress and outcomes throughout the program.
