Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per orders and policies.
• Tailor care plans using nursing judgment based on patient baseline needs.
• Deliver nursing services to patients and families per NC Board of Nursing scope.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Serve as team leader or charge nurse for a group of patients or unit.
• Monitor environment of care and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain competencies and participate in professional development.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and related duties.
