Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the OR in a pediatric acute care setting in Dayton, Ohio. The PRN self-scheduling opportunity offers flexible shifts and a chance to work closely with surgeons to support pediatric patients during procedures.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in OR (Peds), Ohio RN license, BSN in progress or completed, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS and CNOR are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year OR (Peds) RN experience.
• Ohio RN license required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR preferred; background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the OR.
• Assist physicians and ensure patient safety during surgery, with continuity to PACU.
