Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for OR in a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling and self-scheduling options, with pay at $48-$52 per hour based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of OR (Peds) experience, Ohio RN license, BSN degree (or in progress) and current BLS/ACLS; PALS and CNOR are preferred. Start date is as soon as credentialing is complete.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in OR (Peds)
• Ohio RN License required
• BSN degree required or in progress; BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred; CNOR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for pediatric patients in the OR and perform pre-/post-op assessments
• Assist the physician and ensure safe care during surgery
• Maintain continuity of care between the patient care unit and the OR
