Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for OR in a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity allows nurses to apply their passion for nursing and working in the OR. Candidates with OR experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

The role requires 2+ years of OR (Peds) experience, Ohio RN licensure, BSN or in progress, and relevant certifications (BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred). W2 employment and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room and monitor during surgery.
• Assist physician in the plan of care and ensure continuity between the patient care unit and the OR.
