Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Tulare, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for a pediatric patient with G tube, trach, and Ventilator. The role is Mon-Fri with a 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM schedule and a pay rate of $30 per hour.

Applicants must hold a valid LVN license with at least one year of experience, and be able to lift over 50 lbs as part of patient care requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have LVN license and 1+ year of experience.
• Work with pediatric patient requiring G tube, trach and ventilator.
• Provide skilled nursing care per prescribed orders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
