Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring a Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a Pediatric patient who is dependent on G tube, trach and Ventilator.

You will join a compassionate team delivering skilled nursing care and supporting the patient’s medical needs in a home or facility setting. This role requires an LVN license and over one year of experience, with a consistent Mon-Fri schedule and evening hours.

Qualifications

• Must have LVN license with over one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
