Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Clovis, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for a pediatric patient dependent on G-Tube care. Schedule is Monday and Friday, 10pm–6am.

Pay is $30/hr for the first 90 days and $32/hr after, with hands-on training provided and LVN licensure required. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible schedule. The LVN must have at least one year of experience and be currently licensed in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• LVN license in the state where the LVN will practice.
• Minimum of 1 year LVN experience required.
• TB or Chest X-Ray screening current; available with employer if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Document actual and potential nursing diagnoses from health care team input.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications
