Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an LVN to provide 1:1 pediatric home care in Hanford, CA. This role focuses on G-Tube care and direct patient support, delivering care to one patient at a time with consistent assignments.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Eligible nurses enjoy benefits, ongoing training, and local clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
