Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care nursing is desirable.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and revise the care plan with input from patient/family and health team.
• Implement the plan and supervise/coordinate care by the health team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care and teaching as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and patient responses timely.
