Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Neurology or Progressive Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, social and educational needs.
• Plan and implement nursing care with the care team and family input.
• Document care, monitor patients and communicate status to physicians.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Supervise and mentor staff where applicable.
