Banner Staffing Services (BSS) is recruiting a Pediatric Nurse for Banner Health's Night shift in Mesa, AZ. The role involves providing medical care to children from birth through adolescence in a 40+ bed pediatric unit.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulates a plan of care with input from patient/family and health team.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates activities of the health care team.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises the plan of care as needed.
• Documents assessments and care provided in the patient record.
