Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current CNA in state of practice required for new hires and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient health.
• Collect patient data including vital signs and measurements per policy.
• Recognize and report changes in patient status to licensed staff.
• Perform procedures under supervision (e.g., blood draws, EKGs) as assigned.
• Provide receptionist/clerical support to maintain unit efficiency.
• Maintain patient records and charting; aid in documentation.
