Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Qgenda preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar manager for the division and primary admin contact: maintain calendars and process requests for attending physicians; update daily schedule changes in Qgenda.
  • Division administrative support for faculty recruitment and onboarding: coordinate interviews, reserve rooms, arrange dinners, and assist onboarding tasks.
  • CME credit manager: submit CME applications, track attendance, and distribute CME codes.
  • Expense report initiator: prepare reports and attach receipts, ensuring workflow progress and reporting.
  • Buy at Duke rep: process purchases, receipts, and card expenses.
  • Primary clerical contact: answer phones, process faxes, distribute mail, submit IT tickets, and order keys.
