Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is part of Advocate Health, a large nonprofit health system. This is a full-time Patient Service Representative position at Advocate Children's Hospital in Park Ridge, with 40 hours per week and shifts starting early mornings through evenings.

The role focuses on providing courteous patient services, accurate scheduling, and billing support while helping maintain complete medical records in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient, high-quality patient services for appointments, tests, bills and charges.
• Enter billing information accurately at time of service into the patient accounting system.
• Assist clinical staff in maintaining accurate medical records.
