Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support ambulatory care. This full-time role involves assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling billing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM, and every 8th week 7:30AM-4:00PM.
• Provide high-quality patient services and assist with appointments and information needs.
• Support providers and medical staff to ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience.
