Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) in Park Ridge, IL, part of Advocate Health, is seeking aPatient Service Representative to join the ambulatory care team. The role focuses on delivering efficient, compassionate patient services, handling scheduling and information requests, and supporting billing and medical records processes.

Office hours are 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rotation. The position is full-time, on-site, with a 40-hour work week and a pay range of $19.80–$29.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related customer service experience required.
• Experience handling difficult callers or patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to patients arriving for appointments or contacting the office.
• Assist with scheduling, information on tests and procedures, bills and charges, and referrals.
• Support providers and the ambulatory care team to ensure a compassionate, seamless patient experience.
