Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is part of Advocate Health, a large nonprofit health system. We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to support the care team with scheduling, registration, and billing tasks in a busy pediatric/general practice setting in Naperville, IL.

This role involves scheduling, patient assistance, and accurate data entry, with occasional travel to a sister site in Downers Grove. The position requires a positive, service-oriented approach and prior customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: M-F 7:45-5:00 with 1 or 2 late night hours until 7:00 PM and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month.
• As a Patient Service Representative, support providers, connect with patients, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Enter billing and registration information accurately and maintain medical records.
