Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to support our outpatient therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, and guide them through the visit process, including scheduling and insurance coordination.

The role starts at $18/hour with increases based on experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and a strong mentorship program to help you grow in healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage front-d desk tasks while coordinating with billing/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide visit information.
• Schedule appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and external partners.
• Collect co-pays and assist with authorizations and verifications.
