Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Texas is seeking a BCBA to provide pediatric ABA with a deliberately low caseload of six clients, enabling high-quality, family-centered care.

As a BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, mentor trainees, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Excellent work-life balance, mentorship, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Two years of BCBA experience preferred
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs/BTs
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide parent and caregiver education to support outcomes
• Collaborate with OT/PT/SLP/Nursing and other disciplines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with BACB/standards
