Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatrics team with a low caseload of six clients. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, develop client-specific plans, and supervise RBTs in a collaborative clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Two (2) years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards.
