MedCare Pediatric is hiring a BCBA for pediatrics with a low caseload of six clients, offering a balanced, clinic-based setting. You will lead ABA assessments, create treatments, and mentor staff within an interdisciplinary team serving children with ASD and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Behavior Analysis/Special Education/Psychology)
• Current Texas LBA license
• BCBA certification through BACB
• Two years BCBA experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Passion for family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans
• Educate parents and caregivers to support learning at home and across environments
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, Nursing and others for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation meeting BACB standards
