MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a pediatrics clinic with a low caseload of six clients, enabling focused, high-quality ABA therapy. The successful candidate will collaborate with OTs, SLPs, PTs and nursing in a multidisciplinary setting and mentor staff while delivering individualized treatment plans in a family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
• Two years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
• Collaborate with Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy, and Nursing to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure BACB compliance.
