Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for pediatrics with a low caseload of just six clients and a strong work‑life balance focus. The compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year with flexible FT/PT options and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct FBAs, develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, mentor BATs, and coordinate with OT, PT, SLP, and nursing to deliver family‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field and Texas LBA.
• BCBA certification and strong leadership/communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years BCBA experience preferred.
• Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans.
• Educate parents/caregivers for success across environments.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, Nursing and other disciplines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and BACB compliance.
