MedCare Pediatric in Houston is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a pediatrics program with a low caseload of six clients and strong work‑life balance. You will lead one‑on‑one ABA therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor RBTs and BATs.

The role requires a BCBA with Texas licensure, BACB certification, and 2+ years of BCBA experience. A supportive clinic environment emphasizes family-centered care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
• Two years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, Nursing, and other disciplines for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure BACB compliance.
