Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality pediatric ABA services with a low caseload of six clients. You will lead assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and mentor RBTs and BTs in a collaborative, clinic-based setting.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration with OT/PT/SLP, and a strong focus on work-life balance, professional growth, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
