Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSED required.

• Understanding of needs across age groups from neonatal to adult.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving.
• Excellent customer service, communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively greets visitors and engages them to ensure a positive first contact.
• Gathers badges and screens visitors per guidelines.
• Determines destination and transportation needs, providing assistance.
• Directs visitors with precise way finding.
• Transports patients internally, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Moves/stocking wheelchairs, strollers and carts throughout the facility.
