Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED/HSED.
• At least one year of customer service experience including conflict management.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision making.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and prioritization.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to learn visiting policies and patient transport protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide them to destinations.

• Provide directions and assist with transportation needs.
