Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within three months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and ensure efficient check-in.
• Handle phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain and verify patient and insurance information; collect copays and deductibles.
• Enter demographics and insurance information into the EHR and related systems.
