The ideal candidate has 2+ years in pediatric healthcare or scheduling, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and therapist schedules to support consistent care.
• Develop and maintain organized scheduling systems.
• Contact families regarding schedule changes and confirmations.
• Answer phones, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate therapist call-ins, coverage, and staff communication.
• Assist with front desk tasks and collect co-pays as needed.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through effective communication.
