Job summary

Blackbird Health in Allentown, PA is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, with full clinical supervision and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Commitment to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with supervision.
• Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide care and support for families.
• Receive dedicated clinical hours toward independent licensure and participate in supervision.
