Qualifications

• Independently licensed in at least one U.S. state as LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
• Willingness to obtain licensure sponsorship in Blackbird operating states.
• Minimum 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• Minimum 1 year of telehealth or virtual therapy experience.
• Own a phone, computer and high‑speed internet.
• Able to work after-school hours (after 3pm ET) including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality virtual and in‑person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships, assess needs, support engagement and educate on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence‑based care.
• Maintain a structured caseload and accurate clinical documentation.
