Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual and in-person therapy for children and adolescents 2–26, with their caregivers. You will join an interdisciplinary team and help families engage in evidence-based care, with licensure sponsorship and flexible after-school hours.

The role offers guaranteed caseload, weekly clinical consultation, full admin support, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and holidays.

Competenze

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states (licensure cost covered).
• One year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents; telehealth experience.
• Own device and reliable internet; availability during after-school hours.
