Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required or must be obtained within 5 years from date of hire.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience preferred.

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and direct nursing care with a family-centered focus.
• Provide care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs across ages.
• Demonstrate leadership and perform professional duties; mentor staff as needed.

• Support providers and promote collaboration for high-quality pediatric care.
